Online traffic rises amid increasing local lockdowns

The latest report from the Coronavirus Consumer Pulse monitor, developed under our partnership with Retail Week, shows traffic to retailers’ websites increased at the end of September as the spread of local lockdown restrictions drove shoppers online.

In the latest report, read how online traffic rises amid increasing local lockdowns - official figures released at the start of October revealed that around a quarter of the UK’s population were now subject to localised restrictions, which drove a 6.6% uplift in average daily visitors to retail websites in the week beginning September 27, compared to two weeks previous.
